Yeah that's what I've been wondering re: Burnham or something replacing Labour. If Labour could switch gears they maybe in a position to work together better.

No I think I broadly agree, and if we didn't have the fptp system I would assuredly vote green, but we do, and until that changes every effort should be made to remedy that.

Right, people gave the same reason for not voting harris, even as Palestinians begged us not to let trump win, now look at it: the left's red lines have now gotten umpteen more P deaths and suffering. Under trump there's a been a brutal escalation, surely we can agree kn that?

It's not nonsensical, granted deform r doing better in the polls now, but let's say last election I can totally imagine them being willing to lose a seat or two if it meant a concrete proposal to leave the ECHR, or whatever.

I mean, harris lost because that diddery old fuck didn't get out the way, so she didn't have much time, nor did she do unscripted/edited interviews. It depends what t polls say closer 2 the time, but, hypotheticaly if Labour were willing to go 4 PR in place of a few green seats u wouldn't go for it?

This combative style is great for now as we're years away from a GE &puts pressure on parties, bringing attention to issues& help shift the 'Overton window'. However, I think tht there should come a point where tactically we have to negotiate w Labour 2 achieve goals, a 🧵

/3 stand down MP's in certain seats, or whatever. I love that Zack stands on business, but look whats happened to palestine since trump was elected. Palestinians begged them2 vote 4 Harris, and instead we have seen a horrific escalation of Gside bc ppl fell 4 obv ops. We cant let happen here.

/2 A bit like JSO, or Insulate Britain, having one or a few goals or demands in place has better efficacy. I think there has to be a tactical mindset as long as we have FPTP style voting, so it would be my option that this is the singular mandate we demand from labour in order to get us to ...

the thing is that the EU may not allow it, mostly because spain has that whole problem internally with Catalan or something, so they may not lke it because it might mke Catalanian independence more likely.

I really commend how well this is communicated for scientific lay people. It has boxes where it specifically writes in plain language, with clear diagrams.

But, wholly f. This is particularly scary, but important, news.

We're never going to be able to clean them from the environment, we might be able to filter and remove it from our own bodies. You fail to mention that the rain, on the planet, everywhere, now has unsafe levels of PFAS. The only thing that can destroy PFAS is, no joke, a particle accelerator.

It always makes me think of the way cows milk boils over, with the bubbles meeting in the centre before expanding together upwards.
