Sea currents from Africa and/or south america swing by here to cool down, meaning they give off heat to the air making it less cold here. It does get mad wimdy every now and then though ^^'

And also, the same latitude in the scandinavian countries gets much warmer than Iceland since we're in the middle of the N Atlantic, which is getting cooled by the glaciers of Greenland etc. So air arriving here is already at a lower base temp from crossing the sea c:
