As far as I disagree. I mean, I have my Mum using GrapheneOS with the only complaint that Google Wallet refuses to work. I understand.

Totally agree with your Windows Gripes. For future reference, can bypass most of da shenanigans by cooking up a autounattend.xml and popping it on your boot media.

What causes a PCI ID to change
When running lspci on my RHEL 7.2 box I noticed my Ethernet Adapters changed PCI bus IDs. In the example below it changed from "02:00.x" to "03:00.x".
What might have caused this?

I wasn't aware what enp* represented. After looking it up, makes awesome sense! Rather than ambiguously eth0 or eth10, we get a specification of the physical location of the adapter. I'm no sysadmin but this, in my mind promotes fine grained control and awareness of the interfaces available!
