I guess you could consider Ward as the backup plan for when O’Neill goes down and have either of them play some 1B/DH
I’m assuming a Mountcastle non tender incoming and they don’t want to count on Mayo yet

The owner pursued a zoning change to TOD about 10 years ago to build “a few hundred apartments”, it’s certainly possible.
There’s also the creditexpert building, MD book bank, storage building, etc that aren’t in the floodplain at all

I don’t get why we didn’t try to get Harrison Bader. RH and plays CF which is our actual need. seems like a bad start if you’re trying to show that you’re not actually cheap
