Parachuted into that constituency and not super popular with her CLP . Already had to survive a deselection attempt in 2021. Not sure she could win there without the Labour machine.

I certainly do, had he done a proper job of defending it ( as was his parties position) it may well have avoided the car crash we ended up with.
