In toxic cultures, burnout is a badge of honor. Working through exhaustion is celebrated.
In hustle cultures, burnout is a sign of weakness. Hiding exhaustion is rewarded.
In healthy cultures, burnout is a call for help. Exhaustion highlights a workload problem to be solved.
