I know Cafe Du Monde makes a chicory coffee and maybe it's available as a dissolvable/instant product but I've never had it. I LOVE the Chagga (mushroom which is an adaptogen) Chicory (savory, velvety root) tea from Arbor Teas. I just steep & strain it in my french press. Shockingly delicious.

I've gotten really into Chagga Chicory tea in the evenings. So interesting, complex, and definitely reminiscent of coffee.

Thank you so much for doing this! Also one more question if you have time... if using QM, how often/when do you look to see if the author has queried other agents in your agency?

What's your reaction to an author who queries you with every new project they create? E.g. If we finish a new project and there is more than one agent at an agency who takes that genre, should we try a new agent for a fresh start or go back to one who's seen that we continued to keep going?

Ugh... But even if you use Scrivener, don't you have to send it as a word document to almost anyone else (CP, agent, etc)? And then if the other person opens it up, does Microsoft get to claim it for their AI-training use?
