I have done a thing.
I might be 47 years old chronologically, but I am not an adult. Because of C-PTSD and autism, I have regressed to the emotional state I was in as a teenager. As I continue to unmask, I'm allowing myself the grace to feel what I feel, and gather people around me who can allow me that softness.
