Heh, my spouse trimmed back a fig without my input and left the branches in a compost pile. They've started growing, and the figs they still had on them are ripening.

I'm a little amazed you didn't get more flak about dressing up in any way. I thought Disney was nit-picky about that.

Depends: how old is the kid? I've been swearing in front of my offspring since my oldest was eight and had a rule that they couldn't cuss until they learned how to do it right.

Oooo! If you have the time, go north to the Monterey Bay Aquarium! They have a touch tank to touch giant isopods and they help rehab baby sea otters!

Better still is that most (if not all) pumpkin toadlet species are deaf.
