Islamophobia is disturbing in general. The way the US treated Muslims after 9/11 was wrong. We had terror attacks before mostly by homegrown extremists. Oklahoma City notably comes to mind. Scapegoating groups of people for the actions of a few outliers is dangerous and immoral.

Besides the fact the current government hates education. It’s painful as someone who grew up in the 90s pre no child left behind with fully funded libraries and PBS getting money to produce such fantastic programing as reading rainbow, Wishbone and Shining Time to see how far we fell.

And by vibrant culture I mean multiple cultures that got brutalized and pushed to the margins. Also note that this stuff in the museum was donated from what I understand by various Indigenous artists from across the country, so it’s not an unethical exhibit.
