My best boy is gone. He just had routine bloodwork done 2 weeks ago that came back normal. Yesterday he suddenly crashed. He developed a bladder blockage that ruined his kidneys. Even if they did surgery to remove the blockage, the damage was already done to his kidneys.

Sooo I scooched my sims house over a bit to center it on the lot and now there’s flowers floating in mid air from the flower arranging table? I can’t delete them either. What do?

And the big room after construction. The walls and ceiling are finally smooth, and the floors look nice even though they’re vinyl. It just wasn’t in the budget to get the hardwood restored unfortunately.

This is the stairwell. The old owners painted over the original wallpaper without sealing it and it’s been flaking off the walls for decades. It looked like a nightmare.

This one’s the smaller room. The paneling and drop ceiling were put in in the late 80’s/early 90’s and starting to crumble.

The bigger room before. You could see every seam from the drywall in the walls and ceiling and the floor was a mess. The wood is very hard, but splintered, and some spots had patches where water damage must’ve happened ages ago.

I want to like this book so badly, but I have so many issues with it. Why do the characters that are supposed to be adults still talk like teenagers? Why is the MC still so obsessed over what happened to her in high school? Why does every thought and action have to sound so damned horny?

Just finished this tonight. I have to admit I went in with high expectations and the first few pages weren’t doing it for me. Once Bambleby was introduced though and someone was there to tease Em’s crabbiness, I really enjoyed it. 4/5 ⭐️
