Lipedema =
Not normal fat tissue that has hard nodules
Nodules feel like gravel & rocks under the skin
Usually felt in the legs & arms
Heavy & painful

Cellulite =
Spongy & dimples in tissue
No pain

Feeling “lumps” or “marbles” in your legs is a common symptom of lipedema.

The uneven tissue is fibrotic/hard tissue that is often called a “nodule”.

This hardened tissue is a reason on why women have pain in their legs.
