Hi! I'm Meadow. Just a WIP artist & my humble art & photography journey following TBIs & with #chronicillness. It's rough starting over AGAIN but I'm dedicated to coming back little by little while gathering the courage to share & find my the art tribe!
I love ravens! Great capture!

Oh and I also had some small loose watercolor paper.

for some reason I couldn't find a single one! I think I might have moved them when my grandkids were visiting. I made sure to fill the Pentel Aquash brushes before I left to make it easier for me.
I didn't really have time to neatly put anything in containers or organized.

I recently got this little Fabriano watercolor pad for $1.99 so I brought that and some index cards. The glue stick and scissors were especially ambitious! lol
I'm on my second night here and still haven't used anything yet, but I like knowing they're here. I tried to find a journal/sketchbook &

used them more than two scribbles though so I can't speak much about them yet. I was thinking of bringing my little watercolor box set but it was bulkier than I wanted so I grabbed the Caran D'ache water-soluble crayons instead.
I really just quick grabbed pens and hoped for the best! 😅

I bought some second-hand Gelatos from a local place called Recreate. I've been really curious about them and I thought they might be something easy to play with. I'm not crazy about them on watercolor paper but they might work well directly on index cards or a smoother mixed media paper. I haven't

Not the best video. It's hard to do stuff with the location of the heplock, but this is what I brought:

These ones have a really soft grip. I just wish they were smaller but had the same style of cutouts. Stepping down they go to equal sized smaller loops.

a smaller blade with a traditional, average size hand grip/the kind with the different loop sizes. I considered other types like spring ones but I'm fairly certain they'd be more of a hazard than a help! lol
I'm someone who cut their fingers up on a cool x-acto type blade and didn't realize it. 😬

I'll post pics so you can see what I mean. I recently bought a pair of large Fiscars that are SO bad! I'm thinking 5 or 6 inch might be the right size? Scrapping gear and Clutterbee littles are not hand friendly and I end up chopping everything to bits!
I think the biggest challenge is finding

I like the shape and sleekness of Scotch Precision bent model and love the feel and nonstick properties of the Scotch Titanium black and white soft grip but they're both too big. I'd like something with a smaller blade tip but that still has a traditional hand grip.
