I have a set of adjustable dumbbells at home. I think between those and general body weight stuff (push ups etc.) I can get a pretty decent routine going.

In the right places, I think - chest and triceps. It's just that this second time, I don't think the muscles had fully recovered, and my strength was way lower than last time.
