this is a piece i did of grian from hermitcraft for his birthday! i don't draw humans nor wings very often, but i always find it fun when i do, and i enjoy hermitcraft and grian's content so i enjoyed making this!

Burnout is clinically understood as a combo of 6 factors—work overload, lack of control, insufficient rewards, breakdown in community, absence of fairness, & value conflicts—and only a fraction of it is under your control. Burnout is a systemic problem, so be kind to yourself and hard on the system.
Hey gang I've had to learn recently that the whole "burning out" thing is real so if you find yourself being panicked every waking second that you're not working on something, despite those seconds being very rare, you should maybe listen to the signals and take an intentional break before you crash

Hey. So, my building caught fire and there’s a lot of shit that we need to fix. This is my family’s theater building. One of the apartments above it across from mine caught fire. We have smoke, fire, water damage, and busted doors. Pls help if u can.

Last night, there was a kitchen fire in a unit of the Kenosha Theater Apartments. Thankfully the fire was put out before the firefighters arrived, but there were damages done. Any help would be appreciated.

and last years/my only to-date multichar attack last year! yes, im aware my characters outfit sticks out like a sore thumb. back then i wasnt really thinking about it bc their outfit was the first i did and i realized far too late lmao. im still happy with the attack regardless, the chars were fun!
