American Oligarchs (Peter Thiel, Marc Andreessen, Brian Armstrong and others) wanted that pardon by Trump to protect their ZEDE private city projects, like Prospera. These were deemed unconstitutional by the Honduran Supreme Court in 2022 but are supported by ex-President Hernandez.
