Kinzinger has an idea that I think Newsom should consider:
Activate the rest of the CA NG to be under Gov control. Doesn’t mean mobilize in the streets, but it means they aren’t available to be federalized. Says is Тяцмр tries to overrule Newsom, it would set up 2A lawsuit under “militia clause”
