No, Sen. Schumer. No amount of reform is going to fix what has become the secret police in all but name. It needs to go away. It's not some long-standing federal division. It's only 22 years old, and has been fraught with problems for all of it. It can be scrapped. ABOLISH ICE

I believe it is. I've seen a few different reports now, though I didn't read them too heavily, so they may all be based on the same initial article (quick glances while at work). But considering how much "evidence" was procured without proper oversight, I'm relieved it was thrown out.
