Former reporter, photographer, graphic designer, art director, programmer, network admin, network security admin. I just couldn't decide ... now I'm retired, it got decided for me!
Just watched ep. 1 of Ken Burns' American Revolution documentary. Excellent, with a not so surprising number of parallels to our nation under attack from within today.

Genealogy is such a touchy subject with a lot of people. It's intensely personal and they get easily offended if you make changes or additions (or deletions of bad data) to "MY ancestor's records."

Trump and friends trying to pull off a big socialism boondoggle by claiming "injury" for their own causing the insurrection. Do ya think maybe they simply see the government as a big monied teat that needs milking dry before they are ushered out of office?

So do ya think the 8 detecting Senators finally realize Schumer played them like a fiddle?

Any other President, Nixon included, would be so embarrassed and damaged by the Epstein files that they would likely resign. Not Trump, he digs in deeper. Quite a big hole now, apparently not deep enough yet.

Trump's fuming on his gold-scribed toilet, because now everyone knows what a complete and utter tool he really is. No mastermind, he got masterminded because he couldnt keep his wee one on his pants, and Epstein sold him out as well as others.

One thing is certain. Modern politics is, for lack of a better word right now, exciting. We laugh one minute, cry down in the dumps the next, only to be lifted again in another turn. Politics puts me through so many changes.

When you follow people back, you can sometimes get the weirdest DMs. Every single one I got this past week eventually ended up as a deleted account. Scammers are everywhere. I still think it's good to follow back regardless.

Oh jeez, Kimmel's monologue dedicated to his lifelong friend who just died, is just heartbreaking to watch and feel along, because we've all been there (when we've lived long enough).

On another note, I've become impressed lately with just how much of a great interviewer he is. Been enjoying clips.

Firewalls, if used properly, protect your computers, tablets and phones from unwanted unsolicited invasion.

We need a political firewall to shield the American public from despotic rulers.

Lots of reading of the newly released Epstein files. Emailers wrote like they were using X. Where are the photos and videos though?

By attacking the BBC, our Chump-in-Chief has unleashed a monster who will hopefully never again bow to his threats, like most every U.S. mainstream media outlet (is that like a discount clothes outlet?) has.

It'll be interesting to watch how Chief Weasel tries to prevent a vote.
BIG NEWS: Congresswoman-elect Adelita Grijalva will finally be sworn in as a member of Congress tomorrow.

She is likely to be the 218th vote on the Epstein discharge petition, which would force a full vote to release the Epstein files in their entirety.

Heads up. Erasing more Black history.
Memorial to Black US soldiers who died in WW2 quietly removed
The panels, only displayed last year, were taken down earlier this summer, the Black Liberators told Newsweek.

On Veterans Day, I remember stories from the American cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach. Like the wife/mother whom the same officer visited twice within 45 minutes with telegrams about her husband & her son.

And I remember every damn thing Trump said about those who served.

I hope soldiers/vets do.

Just finished ep. 6 of The Gold, BBC series about the 1980s Brinks Mat robbery. Excellent, can't wait for series 2.

Traitor Schumer bends like a willow in the wind. He's thinking short term again, refusing to acknowledge that the Trump administration isn't offering anything at all, just more constituent pain.

Is there no end to Trump's Retribution Tour 2025? No country too far, no person alive (or dead) untouchable.

By now, it should be common knowledge that Trump not only does NOT care about anybody but himself and his rich "friends", he no longer cares about optics. He doesn't care if we know or realize just what a major asshole he is, and what a mistake it was to ever put him in power.
