He needs Jaden Hardy confidence and to be given the reigns on occasion. Sadly I don't think either of those things will happen at this point

But he's also obviously not obsessed with it the way Dirk/Kobe types were and that's the part I won't be surprised if it never changes. Still puts him top 5 in the NBA and plenty good to win titles but I get the frustration too

I think a lot of it is just personality. Like this isn't going to change Embiid he's been Embiid his entire career. Same with guys like Harden.

I think it's a specific character type to fully dial into being a star a few years in like Giannis did. Might come with maturation but guess we'll see
