On Friday we took in a foster cat named Sweet Potato, she brought with her her 5 newborn kittens. This little one right here is called Taro and he is very wiggly.

I ended up half in her pen at one point, fighting off falling asleep because she'd fallen asleep on my hand and I'm not the kind of guy who wakes a mum 6 hours after she gives birth. #Caturday #AdoptDontShop

It's #Caturday and we have new fosters as of yesterday. We knew Sweet Potato was coming a week ago and that she was "very heavily pregant". Well, she gave birth yesterday and came to us just 3 hours later. Despite such a massive day she's incredibly friendly.

Despite all that, she was super affectionate, even as she was coming out of the carrier when she arrived at our house. She settled in immediately and, a week later, gave birth to a beautiful litter of 5 crumbs. We'd decided we were going to keep her very soon after that. #AdoptDontShop #Caturday

One of our current fosters is currently rocking a lilac jumper for the same reason. She's so small this is a sweater designed for tiny puppies, literally the smallest we could get. Digs wants it known that she is absolutely not onboard with this and she will have her vengeance.

I'll be paying for it tomorrow, but I genuinely think Idles might be the best live band around right now. Certainly the best I've seen.

All three of our current fosters are spicy, but while Mags is least trusting of me, Roux is the only one to have actually taken a bite. Slow steps in socialising them but progress is progress. #cats
