Unlike mayonnaise or whipped cream, meat doesn't go "off" that fast at room temp.

This oil on canvas painted at the end of the garden went through various phases. It looks interesting at this stage but went on to get stodgy and overworked. I have it in mind to attack this one again when the weather gets warmer. It's taking up space so it's that or maybe chuck it.
