I’d say very high if you are anything like me. That said if i bought snacks for this week too I may have eaten them all anyway. The best option for me is to hide them in the boot of my car.

I think without the running I’d be a gonner. I think I got though January on one big running high, I ran almost every day, some days I ran three times. February has been more tricky, I’m trying to get back on the train.

I read today that perhaps many people hate others so much that they are prepared to take a hit themselves to see someone else suffer. Wtf!
