Hey news media, stop using the lazy, clichéd picture of the needle in an arm when you do flu/COVID/measles immunization stories or info. It plays right into vaccine hesitancy / fear of needles.
Instead, use pictures like this health care agency does, showing the positive results of immunization!

Today, Oct 18, Saskatchewan still has two active northern wildfires in one of its worst ever fire seasons. Here is a map of the almost 3M ha of SK forest burnt this year. Red is area burned by active fires, grey area burned this year by fires now out. 1/

China & Europe reached peak population around 2020. By 2100 China’s population is projected to have halved & to be little more than that of Europe.
Meanwhile 🇨🇦 & 🇺🇸 are projected to continue to grow steadily (due to immigration) & 🇨🇦 will slowly continue to gain ground on the 🇺🇸.

It is September, yet Canada’s arctic is on fire, sending smoke over much of North America.
Fires have also flared up again in northwest Saskatchewan and southern BC.

What a difference a good rain makes!
After 3 1/2 months of continual fires & 100s of 1000s of hectares burned, the air is clear.
Now lets’s work to stop this happening again: proper fire protection & response in north SK & shut down those coal plants.
