I’d like one that says “I don’t hate you, this is my autistic default face setting”.

Or

“Dear M&S security, I’m just autisticly navigating this sensory hell, not here to rob all the Percy pigs”.

In April I drafted & sent my response to the NI MH workforce review to various people.
My concerns were the exclusion of autistic people & the perception that there was a workforce deficit.
Since then 🤐

26 autistic mental health professionals (including myself, eek) have each written a stand-alone chapter on their training experience’s.
