I’m happy to see so many people come out this past weekend. I see a lot of people talking about the 3.5% but I think it’s important to remember that it’s not just 3.5% meeting in a park or holding signs on the side of the road (which is great). In the Rose Revolution they stormed the parliament.

Nothing magic happens when you hit 3.5%

I live in that East Baltimore area and it’s such a wonderful walkable neighborhood full of small local businesses and tight knit communities. It makes me angry that so much of this city and many others were robbed of the opportunity jus to support sprawling suburban growth
