The power outlets in the Sofia-Istanbul cars are for electric razors AND mobile phones. There's a sign next to it specifying it. (Sounds like a minor detail, but power outlets on longer trips are always crucial for me)

Bei Deregulierung im BMEiA denke ich eher an die europäische Ebene (ist dort ja gerade großes Thema). Wäre ein Hinweis, dass die EU-Koordination wieder ins Außenamt wandert.
