Presidential pardons don’t require presidential signature. Many pardons were unsigned throughout history. Lawmakers and Presidents commonly use autopens. Trump made the same argument in 2017 about Obama’s pardons. It’s uncontroversial, but Trump’s supporters clap for this nonsense. It’s a cult.

Removing non-US citizens who went through the proper legal process is fine. Deporting them without due process is un-American, and doing it against court orders attacks our Constitutional Republic.
