I need to paste the same links a lot – so I built a Keyboard Maestro macro that lets me bring up a list of them.

It's like TextExpander, but I can also apply transformations:

- Prepend "https://"
- Paste in all caps (useful for text layers in video edits)

This setup lets you track multiple sessions per task, and shows the total time you've worked across all of them.

You can also more advanced features – some of which are actually not available in a lot of other to-do apps.

I have a use case where I need to handle hundreds of webhook requests a day, which comes out to... free 😄

I just tried out MacWhisper's dictation mode for the first time.
Essentially, you hold down the Command key on your keyboard and talk for as long as you want. Then, you get a pretty much perfect transcription.

This is really, really cool.
