do replies reflect back to friendica?

I have the same problem (re point click folder creation). And I agree that `mkdir` is probably the easiest solution since it works in both bash and powershell
1. ctrl+shift+` to go to the terminal
2. cd to the proj root if you're not already there
3. mkdir mynewfoldername

If you're creating the dir to then create a file in it, you can do this:
ctrl+N to make a new file
ctrl+S to save the file
type the path you want including the new dir
The dir will be created when you save the file
