EuGH C-741/21 juris: Art. 82 ist dahin auszulegen, dass ein Verstoß gegen Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung, (...), nicht ausreicht, um unabhängig vom Schweregrad des von dieser Person erlittenen Schadens einen immateriellen Schaden im Sinne dieser Bestimmung darzustellen.
