Why? It's the truth. As much as you love Zorhan, he has no mayoral authority over ICE. He can have the NYPD not cooperate with ICE, but ICE still has the authority to execute deportation orders from 2021 to 2024 that were on hold due to the Biden administration. And there's a huge back log

He can't do anything. ICE is a federal agency under the Department of Homeland Security. They've answered only to the Department of Homeland Security and the President of the United States since its founding in 2003. Zohran can try, but federal/executive authority supersedes mayoral authority.
