We just got a bunch of HexClad cookware. This stuff is no joke, folks. Best pots and owns I've ever used. They transfer heat so efficiently that I had to readjust all 7 burners on our ZLINE range so the low setting was super low. Once seasoned and used wisely, they're incredibly non-stick.
