You should mention diminishing returns. For instance if most folks and corps don’t like 15%, then 25% will make a small difference.

Regarding Medicaid - it doesn’t even necessarily only affect the low income earners. Let’s say you retire with $500k. You pay for all nursing home costs and only when you are broke can you apply for Medicaid.

So Congress and the Judicial system are supposed to balance the President’s power. But if Congress doesn’t and Trump simply ignores the judges then our system of government could be destroyed.

He seems very efficient at messing things up and the republicans in Congress seem spineless. Many do not like what Trump is doing but they are scared cowards.

@realjakebroe.bsky.social I haven’t heard this anywhere but here’s my theory on the trade war. It’s essentially a sales tax which impacts the poorest most and less as much as you are wealthier. I’m assuming he will use the additional revenues to reduce taxes on the wealthiest.☹️

Absolutely! I simply wish that the US and NATO would provide enough support to end this! So far, they have done a lot to weaken Russia, hopefully Trump will finish the job.
