Looks like O’Connor recused and it went to Jane Boyle. I don’t know much about her, but she was appointed by W (so was O’Connor, but W appointees tend to be less partisan than Trump appointees).

Not only that, but the single-judge Wichita Falls division, guaranteed to be assigned to Reed O’Connor, one of the most partisan judges in the country. Among other things, he found all of Obamacare unconstitutional, with which SCOTUS disagreed 7-2 (I think).
