for three months of working, i can't write even for a single line on discord or my notebook. i covered myself in another outlet, watching films, series and mindless scrolling through social media. by the time i surrendered my uniform and other company property, on the way home, my phone got stolen — i've never felt more freer but i felt sad for my two bestfriends who couldn't get contact with me. i finished reading two or three books while unemployed. i'm glad my father is understanding and got lenient but from time to time he'd be knocking on my room to ask if i was job hunting. job market becoming a bald forest. there is no job to hunt. not unless, of course, if i can sacrifice my sleep. i can feel like becoming a small creature applying to different job openings i sighted. nowhere near the program that i pulled through for five years. and if i start counting the number of years i wasted, i can see it through my piling laundry. two films that sunk deep within me were solaris by andrei tarkovsky and love&pop by hideaki anno. it pounded my head real hard that it made me write before the new year [2024] and i remember writing about love&pop, choosing the very small gesture about phone and digital camera. both has the capability of socialisation and isolation but what's haunting me was the word, "taking". obsessively wanting to own something and someone while desiring independence. and there's this line i wrote, "men who will deliberately choose to champion their very loneliness rather than to call each other" i rarely see myself as a man but whenever that happens i caught a glimpse how i act around like that one very time i attended an all-women club event and i kissed or two. the day after, at work, i talked like a man how he got hit. the loneliness ived felt borne from not knowing how i will be and it's ruining my relationship to women who i am attracted romantically.

it's been two years since i've graduated. i know that i'm never going anywhere and i feel like I got summed up when my former professor called me wallflower. i never stood out [not in a way i wanted] at the very least i was to my friends. worked at a cafe with no ambition or direction and i feel like i was stealing someone's seat who are deeply interested in coffee making. i don't even drink fancy coffee. i got no buds for it. lasted for three months after already getting hang of it. i was both an empty shell and an overflowing pail. looking back at it now, when they required us to write a reflection before graduating, i have no recollection of what i wrote. no document file saved either of my accounts and like my hand already threw the memory of strokes i did on that one-page reflection.
