The textual criticism seminar continued with productive discussions on electronic editing methods and standards. I was delighted to chair Anna Persig's (KU Leuven) excellent short paper on the Vetus Latina edition of 1 Corinthians - it was a pleasure and honor to chair that fantastic paper.

Annette Weissenrieder delivered an impressive presentation on "New Methods Improve Old Manuscripts: Significant Results from the Digital Editing of Codex Vercellensis." Special congratulations to Annette for this outstanding contribution to manuscript studies.

The day concluded with a dinner to celebrate 75 years of "Wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen zum Neuen Testament" (WUNT). Grateful for these scholarly exchanges and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing biblical research.

I am thankful that I had the honor to contribute to the simultaneous short papers and that I could present my thoughts on "Women at the Lord's Table: New Testament Evidence and Ancient Convention."

Happy to share this great view of one of Germany's most beautiful cities. Always good to return to the place where I completed my studies in Catholic Theology. On this occasion I gratefully remember my teachers, especially the late professors Georg Schmuttermayr and Norbert Brox.
