In a publicity stunt Trump dumped 2.2 billion gallons of water meant for Summer watering in the San Joaquin Valley from two lakes that were already at record low levels. They never recovered and the farmers are literally paying for it. Water that never made it to LA.

This would mean, in essence, that consumers would be getting paid by manufacturers or retailers to receive medications—in fact, getting paid up to 11, 12, 13, or 14 times what the consumers were previously paying to the sellers for prescriptions.
