As sympathetic as you are, and I do sympathise with anarchist ideals too, you have been reductive multiple times and it’s detrimental to the causes that are important to you
Capitalism sucks, but why does it, for ex
Are all hierarchies to be eradicated, or is in unwarranted ones and why
Good night !

In which case, how did you come to deem that one is subservient to the other ? How does one manage to not associate if that’s the only community they have ? Should them not being able to leave make such customs okay ?
November 12, 2025 at 11:22 PM
You know, I’ll never forget how if abolishing the death penalty or protecting abortion rights was submitted to a referendum here, neither would’ve won

How is that gaged ?

In a situation where a community, in the majority, ostracises for inherent attributes a member of it, since they have the freedom to do so, how is that resolved when they are in the majority ?
November 12, 2025 at 11:09 PM
When members of a community agree upon how to figure out a given situation, would that be assimilated to a custom for you ?
November 12, 2025 at 11:06 PM
How do you gage clashes in between different types freedoms ?
November 12, 2025 at 10:59 PM
If freedom is the baseline, where and how do you draw the line in between, for instance, religious freedom and individual freedom, following that line of reasoning ?
November 12, 2025 at 10:57 PM
How do you make it so the freedoms of one person stops at the freedom of another ?

I don’t think a society in which trust is so low that you’d be willing to break the skull of your neighbour open over a fence because the resolution of the conflict isn’t channeled is a healthy society, personally
November 12, 2025 at 10:39 PM
Do people have a right to self harm, or do we have a responsibility as a society, a community, in making sure they never come to a point where they engage in self harm
When you refer to trying to dissuade them, it’s in the name of what ?
November 12, 2025 at 10:37 PM
How do you resolve a situation where two neighbours want to break each other’s skulls over who the fence belongs to ideally ?
November 12, 2025 at 10:31 PM
Similarly to how symptoms of medical conditions require nuance & through evaluation in order to better help a patient & that justifiably so, individual circumstances are required to better accommodate a student ? That’s an issue with jurisprudence, which is a common law system so not universal ?

He was like “this form is an issue, as some people just don’t identify as a man or a woman, so how do they fill in the forms”

Administrative bureaucracy is becoming woke lads

If you believe in solving interpersonal conflicts with a given set of rules to make sure they are evaluated justly and without arbitrary sentencing, you believe in law as a concept

What do you do not believe in is in the present legal system, which is a different thing, and that you and I agree on
November 12, 2025 at 9:34 PM
It definitely is a difference of definitions then: as in, law, at the raw core, is the regulation of the relationships people entertain with one another and that’s where rules emerge: it’s about building a predictable framework within which we operate

In that sense, it is comparable to education
November 12, 2025 at 9:30 PM
I was already for 15 minute cities before but now everyone will have mandatory 15 minute cities: girlies, we are DENSIFYING and freeing up nature
November 12, 2025 at 9:15 PM
Another example is that of the healthcare system
The way healthcare is handled is bad, but healthcare, on its own, as a concept, is good
November 12, 2025 at 9:11 PM
It’s why it’s so important that the discipline is filled with all the right people

Law is about managing relationships in between people, ultimately, and with much stronger people too, that are bound to emerge, like States and cooperations
November 12, 2025 at 9:08 PM
I think that reducing it to law itself is quite reductive, in the sense that it would be like rightfully criticising the educational system, while also meanwhile criticising education as a concept too

In the form it should take, law is protective of each and every one of us

It’s work all the time but it’s good work, and the people I work with are giving me a lot of hope for the upcoming generation in environmental law too !
