In which case, how did you come to deem that one is subservient to the other ? How does one manage to not associate if that’s the only community they have ? Should them not being able to leave make such customs okay ?

You know, I’ll never forget how if abolishing the death penalty or protecting abortion rights was submitted to a referendum here, neither would’ve won

In a situation where a community, in the majority, ostracises for inherent attributes a member of it, since they have the freedom to do so, how is that resolved when they are in the majority ?

I don’t think a society in which trust is so low that you’d be willing to break the skull of your neighbour open over a fence because the resolution of the conflict isn’t channeled is a healthy society, personally

Similarly to how symptoms of medical conditions require nuance & through evaluation in order to better help a patient & that justifiably so, individual circumstances are required to better accommodate a student ? That’s an issue with jurisprudence, which is a common law system so not universal ?

It definitely is a difference of definitions then: as in, law, at the raw core, is the regulation of the relationships people entertain with one another and that’s where rules emerge: it’s about building a predictable framework within which we operate

It’s work all the time but it’s good work, and the people I work with are giving me a lot of hope for the upcoming generation in environmental law too !
