Do any of you ever wonder why Doordash costs 20% more than it does if you ordered directly? It is because Doordash charges the establishment 15% of the sale. That is often the profit margin. They need to pay the fees and not lose profits. Now, imagine your pizza tariff on a larger scale. Yikes!
