Check on your people-pleasing, introverted friends by sending them a text. Cause you never know what kind of social situation they might have gotten themselves into and now need a reason to look busy so that they’re not awkwardly standing around 👀😮‍💨 (please I beg of you)

Sometimes I laugh at the fact that I’m a woman with social anxiety that is building a community-first, event-heavy business. But isn’t that what life is all about? Facing your fears and growing?
