Problem with Meteos was the interface. Because it was on the DS’s touch screen, it just kind of enabled you to be able to randomly swipe around and form matches and combos without much strategy. Was a cool little game, but didn’t match the fit and finish of Lumines.

That morning as a 7 year old is burned into my brain. ‘The Cat and the Claw’ was the preview/debut episode if I recall correctly. It set the tone for the entire autumn, and a very Batman centric Christmas list.

FWIW, I’d bet whatever commercials showed up on TV, would have been different than what was cut from these recordings.
From the flash frame we saw, it looked like an ad for a Teen Mania mission trip was cut. Which was likely very time sensitive, and given the boot for rebroadcasts and VHS reprints.
