You can also buy an industrial drain cleaner from a plumbing or groundworks merchant. If rodding doesn't work. Follow the instructions as it really is strong stuff (Acid bath stuff) you also don't want to use it as a go to often as it can be damaging to the pipes overtime/overuse. I hope this helps🙂

Hi Chelchell. Congrats on your new job 😊 No smell means your ptrap is working. It sounds like a clog down the discharge line. Try drain rodding first to clear any clogs. If it still pools then it is probably an issue with the sump pump. In which can you will need a plumber to fix or replace it.
