Another picture with no policy on it!

Lets take a look at an actual policy. Something from yesterday, so it is new.

This is Afton Behn's performance.

Looks like she gained in every portion of the district over Megan Berry, including both extremely R rural counties and in the portion of Nashville included in the district.

Looking it up, no it wasn't a progressive. It was Megan Berry.

There are contexts where it means the opposite, but yeah, in this case "R+10" means 60-40.

The Cooke PVI does mean that, and that's the most common.

PA-3, for instance, went 92-6 for Shapiro, but is listed as D+40 here.
