For too long, industry has been labelled a “hard-to-abate” sector. It’s time to rethink that.

With rapid advances in electrification and energy efficiency, much of industry is not hard to abate — it’s ready to innovate.

Congratulations Dr. Alicia Johnson and Peter Hubbard on LANDSLIDE statewide victories in Georgia.

The current PSC has approved the customer rates that have helped achieve Georgia Power's recently reported $1.23 Billion 2025 third quarter profit. Yet Georgia Power has the highest disconnection rate in the U.S. for non-payment of power bills.

GEORGIANS!

During COVID, Georgia Power received $35 million in Federal funds to help people with utility bills. They spent less than 1% of those funds to help customers avoid disconnection; much of that funding went to executive bonuses. The GA PSC didn’t question that.
