The rise and fall of great countries (or empires or whatever) tend to follow a similar path and let’s just say we are not on the better side of the pinnacle.

I’m shocked that so many people fail to understand the damage a weaponized DOJ and FBI will do to the lives of those targeted for entirely partisan reasons. The guardrails that constrained Trump during his last administration are gone and people like Cash Patel are clear about their intent.

I fully understand what’s at stake with the new administration coming in. That’s in part why I was so offended by the trip to Mar-a-Lago and the gaslighting from Joe and Mika regarding the implications.

I’ve spent hundreds of hours of my life with Morning Joe over the last eight years or so. No more. I’m back to listening to NPR in the morning and my life is markedly improved because of it. Joe and Mike made a huge mistake and their ratings reflect that.

Trump was impeached for his efforts to manufacture evidence against Hunter, he has been open about his intentions once back in office, and confirmed those intentions with his absurd cabinet nominations. Not only was this justified, Joe should preemptively pardon other expected targets.

I think banning the guy who was busted posing as a black female Trump supporter on the open platform makes perfect sense.
