No joke. I was "on hold" (on chat) for almost an hour waiting for a person (they told me it'd be 35 mins)... that gave me time to research other options and then book with AA.

I wish it had the 30-day mute or similar... gives a pause in case it's not a regular thing. Can always nuke if it is too much.

I feel like that about movies. Scorsese can pull off 3.5 hours, but most people aren't him.
It feels like Knopfler can pull off 12-14 minutes (or whatever that song is on the album), but I always skip out, just like I do on the Freebird solo.
