Well, in 2002 your Alberta Government’s Commission on Learning recommended hard caps on class size.
Teachers simply want you to map your 1000 teachers per year onto this 2002 recommendation.

Theoretically in a neck&neck 3-party system FPTP if a group wins 34% of the popular vote they can get 100% of the seats.
In Alberta, FPTP has resulted in a heavy majority NOT representative of reality and lead by someone heavily influenced by misinformation spreaders. PR would buffer extremism.
