You can replace the word 'sick' with 'stupid', 'ignorant', etc.

Just for the record, a 15 auto loan is NOT ownership. You literally never own the vehicle until it is 95% depreciated and is no longer economically viable to operate. This is ESPECIALLY true with modern, disposable, cars that are nearly impossible to repair without proprietary tools and information.
