Absolutely a good decision. Unnecessary extra bureaucracy & costly empire building. The previous system of police authorities using elected councillors & independent community members was far better & cheaper.

Hospitality jobs suck. Low paid and demand is low in cold weather. I’m not surprised to hear job vacancies are rising this autumn.

You’d be more credible if you argued VAT exemptions and variations should be stopped.

Please focus on solid policies that push state investment into useful skills.

Surprising - when recruiting, the major systems integrator I worked for was focused on social skills. We didn’t talk about maths.

Maybe the real problem is that there are organisations who have an unrealistic expectation of mathematicians.
